Drawing will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023, during the Laughter is the Best Medicine Gala at the Albuquerque Convention Center, 401 2nd st NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102. Purchaser need not be in attendance to win.

Winner must claim the prize and inform Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation (PHF) whether winner accepts the trip or appoints a designee within 7 days after the notification to the winner of the award.

No alternative prize will be offered. If the winner declines or is unable to accept the prize for any reason, PHF will have no further obligation to the winner and the prize will be awarded to the runner-up. The runner-up will be drawn at the same time as the grand prize winner. 

All airport departure taxes, fees or fuel surcharges (if charged) plus a $25 per person booking fee are the responsibility of the winner.

Winner is responsible for all applicable federal and state taxes, including tax withholding, and for seeking tax advice concerning the tax treatment of the prize.

Reservations are subject to program availability by the respective service provider. This package is subject to comparable substitution of service providers prior to fulfillment without notice. Please allow 45 days from the time of the drawing to receive communication from the travel company.

Travel must be completed by August 26, 2024. Minimum 90 days/maximum 6 months advanced booking required. No exceptions. Various blackout days/months apply to each travel package. Valid for travel within 24 months of drawing or less. Additional rules may be applicable.

Void where prohibited by law. 

PHF staff and spouses are not eligible to win. 

Any alterations to the prize package, such as upgrades, etc., will be at the winner’s expense. 

Ticket price is not tax-deductible. The raffle is subject to the terms of these “Official Rules.” Other restrictions may apply.
